Davis was our tech. He communicated well with us discussing our situation and explaining what he was doing. He did an excellent job cleaning up our system, including the order of items on the incoming water lines and installing Moen Flo. Don Mac also communicated well with us initially and at the end of the service!
I had a garbage disposal that completely locked up and haven't been able to use that sink. I called and these guys were fast, easy to work with and professional. I will definitely be working with them again!☺️
Appreciate Don Mac and his crew for the work that they have done. They are friendly and competent making sure things are done correctly. I had my tankless flushed yesterday, which was a pretty simple procedure. Hence the 3 stars…The price of that service floored me. Great guys appreciate their knowledge and work ethics…on that part a solid 5 stars.
I called after finding I had a water leak. Hunter came over the same day that I called. Hunter was able to locate the problem & had it repaired in a couple hours or so. I feel like the job was well done in a timely manner. I will use them again if I have any other plumbing issues.
