Best plumbing experience ever! After our first visit, we immediately asked what other plumbing services they offered—turns out they handle sewers, septic, and even excavation work! We called late in the day because our faucet suddenly wouldn’t shut off. Justin arrived right on time at 8am the next morning, was super friendly and polite, and quickly fixed both the faucet and a broken tub stopper. Had to call Jacob & Sons Plumbers because I had a problem with my toilet leaking into the basement, which was causing mold. Marc came out the same day I called, was very friendly, and discovered the issue was bigger than I first thought. I’ve used this plumbing service twice. The first time was to install a new water heater, and the most recent job was to fix a leaking pipe. I called a few other plumbers for quotes, but their prices seemed high. When I called here, they responded quickly and sent Justin out the same day to explain my options and give an estimate. We recently hired Jacob & Sons Plumbers to replace all the old galvanized pipes in our house, including the line from the city water main to our home, and to install a new water heater. Justin and Braxton, the plumbers, were very professional and answered all our questions about the plumbing work. After each day, our water was always back on and working.
