Marc and Justin are terrific. It was really refreshing to work with Jacob & Sons Plumbers and get that kind of professionalism, honesty, and solid plumbing know-how from people who clearly know their trade. We had a few urgent plumbing problems, including a broken water heater, water backing up inside the house, and damaged kitchen pipes. Even with a busy schedule, they made time for us and showed up ready to help. They found the source of the problem fast, fixed everything efficiently, and explained the plumbing issues in... read more
I came home in the evening to a clogged drain that shut down my only bathroom, so I needed an emergency plumber right away. After calling a few other plumbing services that said they offered 24/7 help but could not send anyone, I finally reached a plumber who listened, understood the urgency, and said Marc would arrive in about an hour. Marc showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and got right to work on the blocked pipe. He cleared the clog in less than an hour and made sure everything was draining properly befor... read more
Marc has been handling my plumbing work for a long time, and it is a relief to have a plumber who answers quickly whenever a problem comes up. The first time I called, it was an urgent no-hot-water issue, and he arrived at my house within an hour. From the start, he was professional, easy to talk to, and clear about what needed to be fixed. After taking care of a few smaller plumbing repairs over time, I hired him for all the plumbing on a large renovation and addition. He managed everything from rough-in plumbing to fixture... read more
I wanted to leave another review for this plumbing team because their work was outstanding and absolutely deserves five stars. Justin and Marc did a great job finding and repairing leaks in our home, and the whole service visit went smoothly from start to finish. Not only was the plumbing repair done right, but they were also friendly, professional, and easy to talk with the entire time. They worked well together, explained the leak repair process clearly, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. It is not alw... read more
Just wanted to give a shout out to Justin, the plumbing service technician who came out to my home on Sunday for a pinhole leak in a hot water line in the ceiling. I had already found the leak and set up a few temporary pans to help control the water, and Justin took over from there. He was prompt, professional, and handled the plumbing repair efficiently while keeping me fully updated the whole time since I could not be there and my wife was at home. He fixed the hot water line properly, cleaned up the work area, and even r... read more
