Lady over the phone very very rude for no reason. I called twice about questions i had about getting a car out. Very short and rude responses. She said i could come get it the next day , so the next day i call before i come in and she says they closed at 1 i said i wasnt informed that she goes “yeah well i tell everybody that” i said well you didnt tell me both times i called or i would have been up there. She Talked over me, very rude and short for the jump.
I am very impressed with how professional and kind with the whole service of the company.
I used Kern's twice about 4 years ago and I am going to use them again next week! Awesome people reasonable rates! 🤗
