Purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester from this dealership for $13,000. Within 2,000 miles, the oil warning light illuminated due to excessive oil consumption. A vehicle that cannot reliably travel 2,000 miles without triggering an oil warning should not have been retailed without disclosure. My oil light came on while driving home from a road trip and, being all-things-ignorant with cars, I was in a panic. I called Don K and they said to stop by to assess if my oil was low. Friendliest and fastest service I've ever had. They do try to upsell you on a few things, just like literally any other dealership, but they aren't pushy about it and the charisma of everyone in the department frankly makes you want to overpay for things. Plus, other dealerships have told me I need $1000s of dollar of maintenance when I know I don't.
