I brought in a wool coat to have the lining replaced and provided the material. I paid up front. After dozens of attempts over many months to get my coat back, I finally tracked down the lining material, but my coat seems to have disappeared and now he is no longer in touch and nowhere to be found. Mr. Don Juan, if you find my coat, I would please like it back. I know it is in pieces. That's fine. I just want the coat. You can keep the money. I am not happy with my prom dress. The straps that I asked for are uneven size-wise. My hem is very jagged. The lady of the shop tried to fix it but it still didn't turn out. I was told my dress would be done in a week, it was not. They had me come later during the week it was still not done...and had me wait hours in their lobby until they gave me my dress. I should have walked out the door when the proprietor told me he wouldn't charge me sales tax if I paid in cash. And I see the owner has already responded. I freely admit to telling him to go f*** himself for the "come in and call the State right now to report him" ploy on the sales tax. He claims I begged them to have the jacket ready in a day. I dropped my dress off and paid. Came. Ask a week later to pick it up and they gone. Along with my dress anyone know what happened? Or where my dress went?

Bar none, worst experience I have had with any business! After taking payment upfront for tailoring 5 off-the-rack shirts, I visited the shop on 3 separate occasions when I was told the shirts would be complete - no phone calls to say the shirts would not be done. When the shirts were done, the sleeves were almost 2" short - imagine capri pants for your arms. I was told he "would have to call his accountant, who is out of the country" before issuing a refund.
