Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I will bring my truck in for oil changes, tire rotations and any service needed from now on.
I brought my 2013 CTS in for service due to 'Service Air Bag' light staying on. The problem was diagnosed as a defective passenger seat passenger presence sensor module. I was then informed that they did not gave the part and could not source the part anywhere. Nevertheless, I was charged a $207.27 for this diagnosis of a problem they could not fix. This is a 12 y.o. GM vehicle, not an antique or a classic. It was strangest experience I can recall having with a dealership.
