Always great service
Communication was awful! I called and left messages 4 or 5 times and my calls were never returned. Very frustrating trying to get information. When I received the bill, I noticed that the labor time was 0.5 hours and I was charged over $350 for that 1/2 hour. When I was finally able to speak to someone about that, was told the actual labor time was 1.9 hours and also given a confusing story about the bill being for warranty work.
The service department went above and beyond!
