Had good customer service. Everything was explained in detail and they did a good job.
Once you finally get a hold of the service department they are very welcoming. It took weeks to schedule an oil change, which seems to be the norm for rhe service department. O schedule, I'm either driving there or calling other departments within the group to get them to pick up the phone or return messages left. After my last visit, like other visits I was told they are working on a new phone system, my comment back was, for the last year? This same text/email system kept sending me text message and emails about the servic... read more
Friendly, efficient service. However, my repair issue is not corrected 😑 My power locks continue to pick on and off while driving.
