I had an issue with an engine light that indicated ultimately that I needed replacement of my catalytic converter system. After getting a very expensive estimate, my service rep, Mandy, did some checking and found that my system was apparently still under a warranty so the service was done promptly and at no charge to me! Mandy was friendly, professional, and very helpful through the whole process. She is a ‘keeper’ as an employee!
New tires and front end alignment. Took 3 hours. Charged me roughly $80.00 more than was previously quoted by service manager.
