I bought a used truck from Don Johnson Cumberland Motors. I will first say the entire experience felt a little off. But when I was signing the paperwork, on the condition report I noticed it said there was a rattle at a cold start. I paused signing and asked what that was. Will never come back. Prices are grossly inflated. Just paid $380 for a purge valve replacement. Luckily, I said no to their recommended $600 dog bones and toe link replacement. Called around. Is waaaaay cheaper elsewhere. Everywhere actually. Oh... And the purge valve I just paid $380 for... Could have had it done for $140 at multiple locations.

I bought a vehicle from don johnson ford Cumberland in June. My husband and I looked the vehicle over when at the dealership and noted what flaws needed to be fixed. After bringing the vehicle home, my dad (who is a retired auto body repairman) looked the vehicle over again and found a few other things that should have been found and fixed during their so called “60 point inspection”. Fast, friendly service with no pressure to pay for services or parts not needed. Video of the inspection and technology through text was awesome and a time saver. Highly recommend Don Johnson's!
