So I want to start by saying that I just bought a home that don jerue was selling. Him and the owner didn’t disclose that there was leaks in the roof. And when they were told that one of the areas in the roof were wet they had put a coat of something on it and said it was fixed and it wasn’t. They also didn’t let us know that there was a bad roof leak in the kitchen right next to the stove.
