Don James is a terrible lawyer, he represented me in my divorce and he made me lose more than I would have lost at the mediation with my ex wife. I asked Don to represent me and he took half the money he quoted me in the beginning. With half the money in his pocket, he represented me in court and told me not to sign anything in the mediation (although it was in my best interest to sign at that time because my wife ended up agreeing to everything I wanted).
