Update: I brought the vehicle to another collision center. The new one found the shotty work along with missed work. The new quote put the needed repair at well over the totaling value of the car. I tried calling the manager who wrote the reply and he stood behind his techs work. I’ve attached pictures of the shoddy work. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! If I could give zero stars I would. Brought my Ford Edge in to fix some damage to the rear of my vehicle after an accident. Upon getting my vehicle back not only did they get it back to me sooner than what was estimated. They a quality job of making it like the scratch and dent was never there!
Overall experience was good. Communication was good regarding timelines.
