Had to replace the nose of my mustang after a truck backed into her. Was worried about matching a 2015 factory paint but they matched it perfectly. Great people and service all round.
5 Stars: First I brought my BMW X3 Carbon Black there for damage and paint work, They did an awesome Job, was so easy a process working with Tanner Johnson. After that when our PT CRUISER was rear ended, was without a doubt, it was going to Don Jacob's Paint & Body! They did an awesome job again!!! Paint match was 100% correct, work overall was A++++.
If I could post a zero, I would! Do not take your vehicle here if you ever expect to get it back. They avoid calls, never update and lie straight to your face. They stand around and play on their phones, tell you parts are on back order, when I can find the parts myself in under 30 seconds. They have absolutely no clue how to run a business. I will say, someone needs to hire their painter, he needs out. He is the only one working. Warning! Don't go here!!
