Customer service- Excellent (Frank) Mechanic - very poor ! Second opinion determined Coil Pack on cylinder 1 was bad. New coil pack and plugs $321 compared to Jacobs estimate of $3,500-4,000 😮 No excuse for experienced mechanic to be so wrong.
