On 02/27/2026, we had an FCFS pick-up. When we booked the load, we knew it hadn’t cleared the border yet, so our drivers waited at the truck stop after getting the shipper’s cell number. The load cleared the border around 1:00 PM, and they said it would be ready around 3:00 PM. We checked in at 3:00 PM and were assigned a door. Loading was completed around 4:15 PM. It was a good experience for us—thank you to the team. In my opinion, all drivers, especially at the border, can check the PO number and adjust their waiting time... read more
