The Internet says you will get a courtesy truck wash after service is done. Not anymore. I had service in Oct 2025 and was told they don't do that anymore. FYI

I’ve owned my maverick bought at don Hines for 2 years. within the past year I have had my truck in for service on several check engine lights one of those was on for an entire year because they accidentally forgot to order the part and had me waiting over 6 months before sharing that info btw. Two years ago, I brought my 2014 Ford Flex in to Don Hinds Service Department with transmission problems. It had a brand new rebuilt transmission in it , but it would not shift out of first gear. They had blamed the malfunction on the software, so sent me to Ford to get it fixed. It had trouble codes indicating bad sensors inside the transmission.
