We were trying to see if we could repair the clips on plastic trim above the windshield. They couldn’t so for a replacement they were wanting to charge $1000+ for a plastic cosmetic trim piece that cost $350 and snaps into place with a little adhesive . After denying this service we were charged $120 for employee labor… the labor required was removing tape and inspecting the clips and trim piece that we told them was broken. Issue with swollen lug nuts when getting a tire rotation, the additional repair was quick and very reasonable.
The Internet says you will get a courtesy truck wash after service is done. Not anymore. I had service in Oct 2025 and was told they don't do that anymore. FYI
Great service technician , that know their stuff.
