Offered to accept a part back with a 35% restocking fee. My assistant brought back the part They refused to take back the part and said the part looked as if it had been installed The box was opened to verify it was the correct part that was all This is a multi thousand dollar return. Would not recommend doing business with these people. They do not honor their word
