My boyfriend got our car fixed here and said it was the best service he has received when dealing with this kind of thing. We did not get over charge In fact we felt we should have been charged more for the complete level of service we received. He was extremely thorough. But without doing things that obviously did not need to be done. Sometimes super heros don't wear capes... I want to recognize the awesome and extremely kind owners of Don Herman's Quality Service in Chicago, because without them, we would not have made it to our recent horse show destination from Wisconsin to Ohio! One of my worst nightmares has always been that I will have a vehicle breakdown in Chicago while pulling a horse trailer. We'll, IT HAPPENED!
