I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when our AC unit died (between 105+ degree days) than dealing with Don. We first spoke briefly on Monday morning, after describing the problem he said he’d call back later that day. As it got a bit later into evening I was worried he may have forgotten about us, until the phone rang at 8pm! Don was able to fit us in that next day and accommodate my night-shift sleeping schedule.
