Professional people.
I had my engine replaced at Don Hattan Ford and they were great to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the customer service was outstanding. Aubree was especially fantastic—friendly, professional, and made everything easy. I really appreciated the experience and would definitely recommend them.
On my way home stopped to schedule an appointment for an oil change. To my surprise they could get me in immediately. That was great due to the distance I would have had to drive just to come back. On top of that Gavin researched my vehicle and found two recalls that I forgot to mention. They fixed one recall and the other will be fixed later as parts come in . KUDO'S TO GAVIN for being alert and catching this. Gavin you've really got it going on!!!!!!!
