What a terrible company! The team contracted by one of our Neighboor came and destroy all our front yard to install the fiber. No prior notice was sent. When we asked why they were making holes in the yard the answer was just «I don’t have anything to tell you!!». Definitely not professionnal!
They sent out contractors without prior notice to bury an internet cable in our yard. We were told that gas’s line that ran through there would be marked and since it wasn’t, I sent them away until we were prepared and lines were marked. They snuck back into my property and tried to continue. I kicked them out not as kindly and locked up my yard. They came back later again and tried to trespass.
