we can not begin to share with potential customers as to how happy we are with the work that was performed on our house. The guys arrived on time, started right to work, worked together as a team, their personalities were so refreshing. They knew their jobs and it appeared that they enjoyed doing them. I called Don Hall Heating & Cooling out on the weekend. Without hesitation their service tech was at my house very promptly. He diagnosed my problem, fixed it and my family didn't have to go without heat all weekend. From the time I made the phone call until he left my house everything about Don Hall was professional. I will recommend them to anyone that needs Heat/AC needs.
Just had a new system put in and with all the heating and air businesses around it was really hard to choose. But after the installation was done and they cleaned everything up I think I made the right choice. With all the rain we have had they had a really hard time getting through the yard and came back yesterday to seed and put straw down to help grass to regrow. I didnt have to say a word. I have had my AC for several years now and I would like to congratulate the ladies in the office. When I call they are on the ball and make sure that I am happy and assured that someone will be out shortly to take care of my issue. Honest and dependable keep up the good work!
Have had great quality and excellent service from this company. From helping clean out coils to letting me know the value and efficiency of filters that I need to be using since I have a dog in the house. All techs are awesome love the southern charm and taking your shoes off and not coming in the house dirty a big thank you! Dont get that kind of service often but when you do its worth mentioning.
