I went to get a simple short haircut there, the lady at front was braking every rule of the Texas Cosmetologist Commission, Open Toe sandals, short sleeves and not shave underarms, hair all over the floor, the person cutting my hair repite my instruccions after I told him how I wanted my haircut, well I don't think he was properly trainned, plus he and the other guys were talking and talking, of course in vietnamese, and ME the client was ignored.
