John and his crew did a terrible job on our lawn.We asked him to come back and fix it, but for 3 years now he has not fixed it. Worst job ever

Date of service was May 2017. Our warranty is for 1 year. Being we are customer service focused, and business owner of Yankee Belles Vintage Farm Store, did visit several times after 1 year to resolve. Farm animals were allowed to roam freely and a chicken coop was in the middle of their yard. Leverage was placed on financial compensation to avoid negative and false reviews. Ethically we can not participate in these activities.
