Booked roadside service through my vehicles app. I booked it because my car has been having issues starting. Sometimes jumpstart the car and it works. Sometimes you can’t jump start it. Tow operator shows up with a flatbed truck and says he can’t take my car because it’s AWD and the jump start is not working at that moment. What ? You’re a tow truck company with a flatbed truck to take an AWD car and can’t take it ? That doesn’t make sense. Rasheim was great. Our Accord clutch gave out in the middle of the road, we pushed it to the Mobil gas station and called one place in the Bronx who charged a steep price. Called Don-Glo and they charged half the price. Within one hour they towed the car taking care to do everything right and cautiously. Followed him to our regular mechanic, and he left us in a perfect spot. Glory to God!
I can't thank these gentlemen enough for helping me out today. I spent 5 hours alone in the Ridgehill parking garage Thursday night, 8/15. My first call to AAA was around 5. After multiple calls back and forth and even more text messages, by 8:30 PM AAA calls again to tell me they can't help me! Seriously? Very reputable, honest and reliable shop. Unlike other shop, they will not ask you to change a part unless needed. Very knowledgeable. They always fix the problem in one visit. Freddie and Doug are amazing. I tust this shop very much and highly recommend them.
