The customer service here is truly the best. Thank you to Vinny and Tyson who did everything in their power to help me. Truly the nicest people.
Our car was towed during a snow emergency and ended up here. Their fees are ridiculous. When we arrived, the car was buried in a huge snowbank and we had to dig it out ourselves because the staff couldn’t be bothered to clear it. On top of that, the guy at the front desk is arrogant and smug. You’d think for the amount they charge they could at least show basic professionalism or minimal help. Shady vibe. Had to pay cash. They deal with Triple A, needed a tow or tire replacement at 130 am triple A said at 330 i will get assistance, its now 545 and I'm finding out i wont be getting help until 7-8am all the while I got a link showing me a GPS tracking location that hasn't moved for 30 minutes
Wanted a few and greatest place for service towing and anything else that comes up. These guys are truly amazing
