My car had a “crank-no-start” issue, and after paying multiple mechanics—including two mobile ones—who told me it was electrical, one even said I’d need a full computer replacement or reprogramming at the dealership. Then I contacted Don Glow towing, and their mechanic did a quick diagnostic. Within a couple of hours, he had it fixed—no dealership needed. These mechanics are truly the best: professional, fast, and true experts. I recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you so much Mr Doug and Mr Fred !!!
They try to charge me 150.00 to just bring me around the corner to my mechanic shop.. tlkn bout yonkers to yonkers 150.00 and on top that tlkn bout 90 minutes... I paid 2 dudes to help me push my truck around the corner 15.00 each.. they suck don glow over rated

Our car was towed during a snow emergency and ended up here. Their fees are ridiculous. When we arrived, the car was buried in a huge snowbank and we had to dig it out ourselves because the staff couldn’t be bothered to clear it. On top of that, the guy at the front desk is arrogant and smug. You’d think for the amount they charge they could at least show basic professionalism or minimal help. Shady vibe. Had to pay cash.
