ok so i am done with don franklin getting was great but when it breaks such mine which broke right when a heat was happening and guess what it was my ac the average temperature was 95 every day my ac was broken and while it was still working so i went in and said my ac is turning on but is not cooling the car they charged me something like 150 dollars to check it out and 350 to fix my warranty did not do a thing they said the part would be in within a week im writing the day it was going to come in i still have not got and i... read more
Great experience. The salesperson Niki went out of her way, on her day off, to locate the car we were looking for and to get the deal worked out. We did everything over the phone and only needed a few minutes to sign some papers once we got to the dealership.
They block the lanes so you have to drive by their office, makes you have to back! Don’t go there it’s a trap!
