YOU NEED YOUR CAR WORKED ON OR FIXED.. DONT GO HERE. i know for a fact my starter was not messed up and now trying to charge me 459.00$ for a supposed to be starter for my car. I call bullshit. Next time id do it myself and indont know how to work on cars but i will before i let jordan and them touch my car..... I WILL BE CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OVER THIS MATTER OF JORDAN LYING AND CHARGING ME 500$ FOR SOMETHING THAT IS INCLUDED. I WILL BE GOING FORWARD WITH THIS MATTER TO ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE WARRANTY COMPANY.
“How much you got?” Ever feel like Chevy Chase in a movie about a family vacation? I did when we took our Sonata here to be serviced. I guess they fixed “a” problem that they identified but not the problem as we described to them. Leaving me $400 poorer and wondering if they even “fixed” the recall stuff that we brought it there for in the first place. Little to no confidence in this place, good luck to anyone that dares take a chance on them.
