Just the facts. The appointment availability of the service department is good, less than a week out for scheduling. Their prices are reasonable and wait times for an oil change and rotation is 45 minutes. All are reasons why I'm a repeat customer.

Very helpful staff
This is my second lease vehicle from Don Franklin's. One was for my wife at Don Franklin KIA and one with Don Franklin Chevrolet Buick GMC. Dealing with the Staff at Don Franklin Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, was an excellent experience. I would have like to gotten more from my trade in however. Note: The salesman Donavan was the best salesman I have ever worked with to lease a vehicle, I hope he goes up the ladder there. I just took my truck in to put step sides on it, I was onlt there 25 minutes and my truck was ready.
John and Jackson were excellent! They helped me find the perfect vehicle and were honest about my options and working with my budget. The process was seamless from sales to F&I.
