We had an extremely disappointing experience with this moving company and would not recommend them. Throughout the day, the team worked slowly, frequently stopped to smoke (so our furniture now smells like cigarettes), and were often on their phones. They didn’t take initiative or move with any urgency — which was especially frustrating since we were being charged by the hour. Randy and Von were awesome. I had some difficulty finding the correct loading area, Randy stepped out to wave me down, and then he and Von loaded me and sent me on my way.
Randy was extremely helpful and professional in helping me with picking up an order. I would highly recommend working with him and his team.
Don Farr Moving and Storage just helped my family move from Pennsylvania to New Jersey. The crew—Aaron, Memphis, Scott, Shae and Ramone—did an amazing job transporting all of our furniture and boxes with care. I highly recommend Don Farr as a full service moving company!
Randy did an amazing job in helping load the two bookshelves from ikea. He even went the extra mile and helped us strap them in.
