Don't even acknowledge that you're there to get a service. Have had to leave several times because of being ignored each time and go elsewhere due to the lack of customer service.
I went to get my starter fixed they called me and told me it was ready i went to pick it up they didnt even start on it so had to come back a few days later went back to pick it up then my radio didnt work they told ne to bring it back and they would look at it because i told them it wouldnt work anymore i come to pick it up again and they told me it didnt work (duh) and charged me $90 more dollars to tell me that
I was very very very impressed with the service
