Lame – I spent nearly $1000 at Don Duncan on tires, air conditioning repair, oil change, etc...I find the air doesn't work and...they broke the hood latch handle under the dash and just threw it under the seat instead of "manning up" and fixing.
Great People Don Duncan all the folks at American Tire and Auto are class acts.
I visited Don Duncan's shop after calling in to make sure they could take a "same day" appointment. David answered the phone and was very polite and inviting. He recognized my employers name on his caller ID and offered me a referal discount before I got a chance to ask for it. Once I made it to the shop, I found it was air conditioned (almost too cold for me) and there were magazines and several waiting areas available, including one gears for children. Had my air conditioner fixed and they did a great job without costing me a fortune. Since they had done such a good job I went ahead and had my old worn tires replaced. This is a place with great service and value.
Will damage wheels and not replace them
