I love DonDon at Hmart in Cary. I go almost weekly when I work, I was looking up this Flavor District and saw DonDon and thought “omg! There is one right by my house!” I ordered through the website of Flavor District and waited for food to arrive. Not only did it arrive on time - the owner himself dropped it off! Seriously the food is so good and the Katsu is the best around town. I’d add a photo, but I ate all of it before I could think to snap it lol.

Sad. I am glad go have options for katsudon in the area but this was not it. The pork was soo dry and hard not juicy at all and the "yakisoba" is just ramen noodles in katsusauce topped with furikakke- really shouldn't advertise this as yakisoba if it isnt yakisoba which comes woth cheap veggies and is stirfried--- for the price i expected better as i have instant ramen at home i couldve made better than the dried up stuff served to me. My boyfriend and I are here two days ago for our first time. We had the udon noodles with fried tofu. It was phenomenal!!! We will certainly be back!!!

Found don-Don on Doordash. Tried the pork Katsu for the first time & steamed dumplings. Both were delicious! Really liked the dipping sauce that comes with the Dumplings. The pork Kastsu was crispy & ate it with white rice I made at home. Will be ordering again!!

The family had dinner from here on Saturday night. I got the pork katsudon , my wife had the kimchi udon and my father had the tempura udon. Everything was fantastic! The katsudon was cooked perfectly and very flavorful without having to much sauce. The gyoza were really tasty and my family loved their meals as well . The pricing is super fair for the more than decent portions. Will definitely put this into the rotation.
