Flight coordinator and customer service fail to return calls, emails, even had the front desk take a message for me to deliver to flight coordinator. Initial contact was great, but then quickly shifted to no contact whatsoever. If they fail to answer easy questions pertaining to flight training, and never respond… odds are their quality of flight training is poor.
