Not sure if this place changed owners in the past year or something but this past year a couple of the ladies who work in the office do not seem to know what they are doing. I don't know much about insurance and I knew more than the lady I delt with there. It was easier for me to just call the insurance place directly verses going through them for questions, although it's their job. I stayed with my same insurance but switched agents.
