Don and Kit have always treated me like family. They were very understanding when I switched to GEICO a few years ago when GEICO had cheaper rates. Then they were equally understanding when I wanted to come back after GEICO dropped me for a $200 fender bender. And finally they helped me get reimbursed when I totaled my Ferrari.
