My wife and I move from PA in sept.22 We obtained auto and life insurance with Don Bullard in Oct. Full coverage on all 3 of my vehicles. Don Dullard dropped my collision coverage in March of 2023 without my knowledge or consent. The only way I discovered this lapse is due to the fact I summited a claim and they denied it stating that was not covered. They did the drive by and took photos from the street. They determined that I needed now roof (shingles). I contacted a roofing company and they stated that the roof was fine and did not need replaced. Don Bullard Insurance Co. refused to do a second visit to inspect the roof. I put the roof replacement under contract but they still canceled my policy because the roof was not replaced before the renewal. A lower rate is not a better policy ! After I switched to a home owners policy with Don Bullard insurance that would save me $550 annually, I found out Don Bullard insurance writes policies for a much lower quality second tier company. In fact, I found out this policy was written for a company that was rated SECOND TO LAST by J.D Powers . Don Bullard brings you in, then farms you out to another low level insurance agency for flood insurance, when you call them for support because they still get your money and business, Don Bullard is “unable” to generate any movement with your claim. Go with someone else who keeps oversight of your policy in house.
