Very good, very quick. We were in and out and on our way in no time.
The IRS audited me, so I called Don and he took great care of me. He got the IRS off my back. It was well worth the cost of getting it taken care of. He's a great guy and very personable and professional. He really showed me he cares. I won't use anyone else.
I have used tax preparers in over eight different states during a 22 yr military career. Don is a dedicated professional who knows the law and uses it to your advantage. Hewett Jackson, H&R block and CPA's aren't even in the same game. The bottom line is that Don isn't afraid to get you YOUR money back. I have known Don for almost 10 years, and I have yet to find a single person who has not stayed with Don after he prepared their taxes. Don't be afraid, Don isn't..!!!!!

I have had my taxes prepared by several different places in the past. The standard ones like h&r block, jackson hewitt, etc. But when I took my taxes to Don Browns tax service, I was amazed at the level of personalized service and compassion that Don and his staff had for me. The important thing about tax preparation, is knowing all of the right questions to ask and when to ask them! With all the right questions the forms fill themselves out and very soon you're e-filed and the money is in your hands, that simple. Don Brown Tax services does all of this as if it's second nature.
