They scheduled an overflow of vehicles which cause them to fall behind. No mention of a loaner or rental car. I guess this the service you get went you purchase a new car.

I took my car here for hail damage. They were so helpful and honest about everything that was going to be done and how long everything would take. They offered to get my a rental and/or drive me to my dental location. They called me multiple times throughout the process to keep me updated. Ashley was so friendly and helpful and was also able to schedule an oil change while my car was there. Even though I live closer to other Chevy dealers, I'll always come to this location for major repairs!
