Called them before hand, they said bring it in, my trans is not working right, this spot is very close to my house, I thought it was perfect for me. I get there, they tell me to take it to a different shop of theirs further away...like wtf? What is it about "my trans isnt working right" they dont understand? I wasted a lot of energy getting that car over to the closer spot, if he could have just told me I could have made a different decision but nope. Absolutely sent me off. The customer service sucks! They don’t call you to update you about your car. You have to wonder why it’s taking so long for them to call you, then you have to call them. And they are liars! They lied about when and what time a part was going to come in for my car, then didn’t actually do the work until the next day. Like a complete disregard for peoples time. Such weirdos. I only went here because they have all of the equipment to do electrical repairs on cars. But otherwise, this place is a joke like somebody else said.
