Once you move in Jab Property Management doesn't care about you. They are rude and don't want to take care of the complex. There is only a part-time manager (20 hrs a week). There are rats getting into the apartments. They have also lowered the standard of the type of people they allow to move in. It is turning into a dump the last couple of years.
