Very impressed with the service we recently received on a vacuum that we purchased from them several years ago. The vacuum had a couple minor things that needed to be fixed. The vacuum company had stopped making that particular model of vacuum that we own. However, that did not stop them from fixing it. They still had some parts left over that they used to fix it and did not charge us anything! It's amazing how they stand behind the products which they sell and are great at customer satisfaction!

I have tried all the typical pet odor removing products for our new puppy with no luck, so I stopped into Don Asletts out of desperation. They recommended an enzyme solution that you dilute, it worked like a dream! I also purchased a toilet cleaner and pumice stone for the hard water build up from being on a well, also worked way better than anything else we have tried. I will be using them for all of me cleaning needs moving forward.
I found a soft brush there that I used to dust off the cushions on my outdoor furniture after the wind covered them with dust. It worked great 👍
