Prompt, friendly and no BS. Very impressed.
Repaired a burst pipe at a rental property. Was paid within 24 hrs. Exactly 3 weeks later the pipe burst again. The incorrect material was used to repair the pipe (pvc). Rang and advised the situation. He was prepared to come and inspect but I was not prepared to call him out again and pay him again. Service fee, plus labour plus parts ($10).
Called as had an emergency blocked sewer. Don came to the property and within the hr and cleared blockage in record time. Nice friendly chap, great service
Quick and friendly service but didn't complete the job. We were just told what was wrong and to contact the supplier.
