Although I went in Bay City, Anna is the sweetest ever, her facials are so good & calming. She explains everything and it’s so relaxing. 10/10
This place is so wonderful
Made an appoint 3 days ahead - they called me on the day of appointment and said there was a cancellation and if I could come in a hour earlier, said no problem. Was there 15 minutes early for appointment, then still no one came out and said it would be a little longer past scheduled appointment. Deciddd to leave and then called to cancel appointment. This place needs some Professional people running this Salon. Pretty sad!!
Elle is a great stylist and has always made me feel comfortable with whatever I have decided to get done. I have been going to her for many years now and have never been disappointed. Very knowledgeable and listens to what you want, thank you for everything Elle !
Elle is an excellent stylist. Love my color and cut. She also makes the time fly by. Definitely a 5 star experience?
