I had an excellent sales experience and commitment from them to service my car post-purchase. Their service commitment is key to my purchase from Don Allen. I also enjoyed the thorough post purchase review of the vehicle’s features and technology.
Prompt courtesy
Let me tell you something... is there a better sales experience in the car dealer world than the one you get at Don Allen? NOPE! Talk about attentive and willing to go the extra mile! Erik and Kip made the experience of buying TWO new Jeeps absolutely painless while doing better on pricing than I had any right to expect. The fact of the matter is that I'm still vibing from how smoothly the entire process went! Even if you live in Timbuktu - you should buy a car here!
Went in for engine light. Found out it was a default error. Nothing needed to be done other than clearing the code. $190
