Place is a mess. Long lines, not enough room to park for larger trucks and vans, new vehicles for sale are in the way, no phone service, no capabilities to make a reservation for a specific date and time like on the mainland, waste of valuable time. Technicians seem helpful and efficient.
This is not a review about the people working in the inspection center, it’s about who manages the place, who at the RMV doesn’t allow another inspection center on this island, it’s about a huge disservice not to mention the waste of time for hundreds of people every day trying to get a sticker so they can get their car registered. It’s awful the way this place is managed, people going at 4 am so they can get their car inspected, if you can’t manage this situation get a second inspection center even if it’s just for the summ... read more
