Very unprofessional company riddled with mistakes. Then blames apt office manager. Domuso will take hundreds more than you ok out of you account. Beware. Reported them to the BBB.
Worse platform. There is no way to contact customer support for cancel auto payment problem. We paid on-time with a cashier check and cancel auto payment next day, dated Jun 02th, 2021. But Domuso charged us $25.00 for cancel auto payment. WTF!!!! We contact Property Management at our location, they said they don't know why I got charge. Now we have to pay $25.00 plus our rent for this month-July 2021.
