I found authentic window design to be very easy to work with from the initial meeting with the sales person to the final installation. Everything happened on time and my new windows look beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
100% avoid - not accountable, they’ll say things to make you feel heard and comfortable, but it's a lie and they'll do something else Sales heavy (Barry & Shawn) - poor after sales considerations, shabby installation (confirmed by another contractor and Home Builder Association) This might seem odd with 5 star reviews, it's part of the reason why I went with them, but my experience was anything but. Full review to follow, but wanted to get this out ASAP so you know
