Arrived around 6 for an 8 pm appt, got loaded super quick in under an hour, supposedly this is fcfs, but also certain times will affect how screwed you get it seems. Like most fcfs places I think they just schedule everyone around the same time then make them sit so if you don't want that come a couple hours early if you can.

This was my first time visiting this warehouse, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. My appointment was at 12 p.m., and based on the reviews, I expected a smooth, quick process. Instead, it took about 2 hours before I was checked out, as they seemed to be stuck in a backlog. If you have a scheduled appointment, it’s frustrating that they don’t prioritize those loads.
