Absolute worst company ever I been hauling wood to them for 5 years and the place is going down ! Crane operator broke wood and damage truck, Company document incident and agree to pay out pocket but absolute lies just don’t want to report too their insurance, also will not provide insurance information I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS MILL !!!
Arrived at 5pm for live loading. They started loading at 5:50pm. Loaded at 6:30???
Wow, I can't believe how bad this place is. I signed in and waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The check in buzzer is broken, lol. They ALL saw me and ignored me, even the guy in charge loading driving the forklift. From there you are on your own you have to follow the truck ahead of you to get a door. They WILL NOT assist in getting a door. Multiple ppl jumped the line and they refused to do anything about it. I canceled and left. They should be embarrassed.
This facility is a complete disaster. My driver arrived at 2 PM and didn't get loaded until 10 PM - a ridiculous 8-hour wait. It's clear that they have no regard for drivers' time or schedules. The people working there are incredibly slow and inefficient, and the management is totally clueless. It's obvious they're understaffed and completely disorganized. The whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
Paper rolls Live load Took me 3 hours since I was first in line. Other trucks not so lucky. An employee told me, it’s a non union place so they do all positions, meaning the 1 person loading all the trucks can go across the plant if needed. Learn your lesson and don’t return.
