easy and fast pickup. I got soft pulp here idk if they ship anything else from this warehouse. backed in and let the forklift know where the load was going, he had me loaded inside of 20 minutes then I pulled out and met him in the office for BOLs. The sign at their driveway says DOMTAR PAPER GIBSON STREET WAREHOUSE, it's the brick building straight back from the driveway. load was ~41k

Avoid this place. Long wait, and don't even try to check in if your trailer is outside bent or scratched, because you will get rejected! First time got rejected at any paper facility because the corner from the outside of the trailer was bent from backing into a dock 2 years ago, and I was NEVER rejected at other paper places! Apparently is their new policy 2 weeks ago not to load trailers with outside damage/bent panels or corners!?

Fast loading easy check in and out they have a trailer sweep out area if needed staff was nice backing was easy

Paper rolls Save yourself a time. It takes about an hour to load one truck. If you should up- ask how many trucks they have ahead of you. I had 4 and it took 4 hrs for those trucks plus mine. So it’s a quick in and out - 5hrs Never coming back again
