He inspected the engine, explained exactly what was going on, and then went above and beyond without me even asking. He noticed my coolant was low and topped it off, saw that my battery was loose and fixed it, and when I mentioned my reverse light was out, he checked it on the spot and took care of that all in under 20 minutes!
